My name is Connie Meyer and I recently had a security system installed by Nick Slosson. I asked Nick for the name of his supervisor because I wanted to let you know what excellent work and service he provided. Our security system installation was complicated as we were integrating both our old wired system with new wireless contacts. Nick went above and beyond in finding contacts that would work for our particular installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, very competent, hard working and pleasant to work with. He would check in with me to ask for my preferences to make sure that the installation was done to my satisfaction. I was very appreciative of his willingness to take that extra step of effort and time.

I just wanted to let you know what a great job he did! We still have one more step to complete our security system installation and I look forward to again working with him!

I've been with Sentry Systems since our home was built in 1999 and never experienced an issue that was not handled promptly and professionally. The initial installation was completed around the builders required schedule. Any equipment issues we've experienced over the past 16 years have been promptly addressed and in many cases at no additional cost unless an upgrade was requested. I have the alarm, fire and water monitoring installed and a few years ago added the radio alarm network when our home phone line was retired. I'm amazed at how fast the alarms go through and the calls from the call center are always quick and professional. If a battery goes out they send a replace within a day or two. In fact the last time the battery failed it was personally delivered and they did some adjustment to the radio equipment while on site to increase the signal strength. Several years ago I was doing a project in the home that required using some glue that was rather strong smelling. Part way through the project Sentry Systems called to check on our well-being. Apparently the system had notified the call center of an issue due to the smell of the glue and they called to check if everything was OK. I've always been impressed with that call. The cost of the systems is also affordable. As a customer since 1999 I'd highly recommend Sentry Systems.

Yesterday afternoon, we received calls from Sentry System's response center regarding a phone trouble signal coming from our alarm system at… Shortly after, we received another call noting communications trouble.

I called and spoke with Jacob from your service department close to 5 p.m. He was able to identify that communication was not occurring between the alarm system and Sentry. He was extremely helpful and recognized what a significant problem this was for us. He prioritized customer service and took the time and energy it required to get our security system back up and running. Thanks to Jacob's efforts we were able to get a temporary solution in place.

I cannot stress enough how valuable and important this was…. Again, thanks so much.

I wanted to take moment and recognize technician Nick. It is rare when a technician is able to perform well, but even more rare when a technician has the ability to interact with clients and generate interest in new services. It is a difficult job to sell things over the phone but when you have a technician, that is on the same page all the time, makes things very easy. Nick is an asset to sentry systems and I look forward to future interactions.

… I will say this Eric Rediske is fantastic. When I call he almost always answers his phone and if he does not he is very quick to call back. When there is something I need and I call Eric it just gets done-it gets done right, it gets done on time he is fantastic.
The techs that have been out have been great as well.

We were having problems with our security system since Comcast was installed where they didn't hook up the security system after they installed Comcast.We had SSI installed… – One of the best things we ever did –Leo came out today to re-connect the SS that Comcast failed to do. Quick Response Time

A representative from a local fire department was commenting on the response time of SSI's Central Station. One of his observations was that other Central Stations have an average response time of 3 minutes while SSI's response time is 15-30 seconds. He also mentioned that other representatives at his fire department are in agreement.


We wanted to drop a note of thanks to Alice and Brandon for doing such a wonderful job with our security system.

Alice was very attentive in listening to the security needs for our family and home. We appreciate the time she gave us in going over system possibilities, and her recommendations to meet them. She remained patient and kind during all of our questions and interruptions of our 2 children. We also appreciate the extra effort Alice made to get our system installed ahead of schedule. This was a pleasant surprise.

Our timely installation went very well. Brandon arrived on time, did a great job and is such a pleasant person. He answered every question, and made sure we were comfortable with working our system. There were no messes, you wouldn't even know he had done an install!! He was so nice to the kids and the whole family. Great guy!

Thank you for making our system design and install a pleasant experience. We will definitely refer Alice and Sentry Systems to our friends.

I just wanted to let you know that your service techs arrived today and installed the new security system. They were professional, worked very hard, never really took breaks. They were focused, yet when need they were personable. I think you have two great employees, and I am an expert on people. I felt they were trustworthy and honest and I was especially impressed by the knowledge your lead tech had. He knew the system backwards and forwards which gave me confidence in the installation. He was able to answer all my questions (and since I have been operating security systems for 30 years my questions are not always common) quickly and by experience and memory, not by figuring the answers out by trial and error or consulting a manual.
I am happy to know that your call center is local and that I have a knowledgeable tech that I can call with any issues. The installation process made me feel that I made the right choice in my security vendor.
